Job Description:
Provides comprehensive management of Clear Brine Fluid systems in the well site environment in such a way as to protect the customer's fluid asset and provide a high level of professional service.
Review and understand all TETRA and customer procedures and completion plans Make recommendations on product application, proper fluid handling procedures, displacement techniques, lost circulation control, and other procedures as needed Monitor progress through displacement and other completion procedures recording such as times of start and stop of procedure and various phases of procedures, volumes pumped, fluid loss volumes and causes, circulation rates and other information pertinent to the procedure in progress Prepare a complete and accurate FMR each day Monitor fluid properties and make recommendations for restoring and preserving of customer specified fluid properties Manage filtration operations to ensure that TETRA and Customer filtration QA/QC standards are met Plan activities and material re-order to prevent any non-productive rig time Communicate to the customer representative all items or services needed to ensure that the highest level of service is provided to the customer Maintain an accurate inventory of all materials on location Manage the installation and treatment of packer fluids as per TETRA and Customer specifications Prepare Material Return Receipts (MRR) for all fluids and other materials to be returned from a job Send MRR to Engineering Supervisor and to the plant that is to receive the material Prepare Well to Well Transfers (WTWT) for all material that is to be transferred to another job Send WTWT to Engineering Supervisor and to the plant from which material is being supplied The Completion Fluids Specialist is to assume the leadership role for all TETRA personnel at the well site.
All personnel or job performance issues or concerns are to be reported to the Engineering Supervisor immediately.
Clearly communicate all material, equipment and personnel needs to the customer representative on location and with the Engineering Supervisor.
Provide a complete and accurate FMR daily to the customer.
Observe and communicate the condition of TETRA equipment to the Engineering Supervisor.
Follow TETRA's policy G-01 Assignment and use of Company Vehicles, and TETRA Policy G-5, Use of Company Provided Computers and Related Facilities.
Conduct all fluid handling operations in such a way as to comply with all Corporate, Customer, and Statutory environmental rules, regulations, and policies Complete and update the NPDES section of the Daily Fluid Management Report (FMR) every day Conduct Static Sheen test and record results on FMR and NPDES sheet if requested, prior to all intentional discharges of fluid.
Collect for the customer all environmental compliance samples, Oil & Grease, LC 50, etc.
, when requested Cost Control:
Take necessary steps to preserve the value of TETRA equipment, fluids, and other material being returned for buyback or credit.
Each employee shall adhere to TETRA's P-Card Policy and Procedures Manual and the P-Card Cardholder Agreement Form.
All purchases must be in accordance with the company purchasing policy for the purpose of TETRA-approved expenses.

Experience:
