District Manager
Why Wendy's Wendy's (a brand of HAZA Group) is seeking a District Manager with 3
years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high volume Wendy's restaurants.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, will work with a sense of urgency and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
Under the direction of the Director of Area Operations (DAO), the DM is responsible for:
oOverall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations, such as staffing, full P&L, training and development oCreate and manage budgets oEnsure all food safety procedures are executed according to company procedures and health regulations and takes corrective actions as appropriate oInterview, hire, cross-train and discipline GMs and staff as needed oVisit assigned stores as needed to ensure stores' overall quality, cleanliness and operations are continuously met What you can expect

EOE What we expect from you Requirements:
oMin 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume Fast Food &/or Quick Casual concepts) Previous Wendy's District Manager experience strongly preferred.
oProven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program oValid DL in good standing & access to private trans required oFlexibility to work any days/shifts as needed oUndergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations oHS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
oDemonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment oExcellent skills in communication & interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision making oResults oriented and customer service focused oPrevious Wendy's experience a plus!
