Assist with employee relations Assist with sourcing and recruiting Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Assist with scheduling various physicals and drug tests Assist with international personnel requirements Assist with new employee orientations Assist with ensuring that new employees complete all necessary documentation related to their employment Assist with compiling HR Metrics data for reporting Assist in writing, editing and updating job descriptions, company policies, procedures and related documents Communicate to all company departments regarding various Human Resource topics MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent education 5
years of Human Resources experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to preform basic level mathematical skills Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Experience operating standard office equipment Excellent organization and time management skills Note:
