Responsibilities:
Management of jobs and teams of Technicians.
Visiting job sites and developing work scopes.
Keeping track of all aspects of jobs under their remit.
Ability to communicate with individuals of all levels.
Participation in the on-call rotation for the facility.
Managing work load and ensuring customer and company deadlines are met.
Quoting for new work.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Technical service experience.
Good organizational skills.
Must have good communication skills.
A flexible and approachable personality to meet customer demands.
A willingness to participate in on-call rotation and accept calls nights and weekends.
A creative personality with a strong safety mindset.
Ability to work efficiently and be a motivated, self-starter.
Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge.
Experience in quoting work and ensuring the execution is financially driven accordingly.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
