Service Coordinator

In this role, you'll use your product knowledge as a service advisor and work with our technicians to give cost estimates, evaluate warranty protections, and coordinate necessary repairs.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the schedule for service department technicians' repairsAddress customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair worko Organize, file, and maintain regular preventative maintenance schedules for customers' food service equipment.
Qualifications:
Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving recordMust have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skillsHave a high school diploma or GED equivalentExemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatoryAbout Company:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
