Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join the team at Richard's Kitchen Store in Houma, LA.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service management and be highly organized with excellent communication skills.
They will be responsible for coordinating with the team, scheduling and organizing daily/weekly schedules, filing warranty paperwork, and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
Additionally, they will be expected to be a brand ambassador and strive for customer retention.

Responsibilities:
o Monitor customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Develop strategies to improve customer service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
o Manage staff and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and maximum customer service efficiency.
o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
o Create reports to evaluate customer service trends and make recommendations for improvements.
