We are now seeking a Tubular and Thread Inspector to join our team in Houma, Louisiana. We are looking for an inspector to support our organization's commitment to quality, zero defects, and rapid response. This philosophy has made the company a leader in rentals for the critical completion phase of conventional and horizontal wells.
Summary
The Tubular and Thread Inspector will inspect pipe, pipe threads, PUP joints, and subs for flaws using mag particle (blacklight) testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize NDT methods to inspect equipment for flaws
Follow established safety policies and procedures
Follow established ISO operating procedures.
Check in equipment
Conduct inventory counts
Performs other related duties as required
Minimum Requirements
One or more years of mag particle testing and pipe inspection experience strongly preferred
NDT certification strongly preferred
Knowledge of company equipment including pipe, pipe threads, and PUP joints
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
Education
High School diploma.
